Has anyone noticed this issue?

There are so many websites selling fake GCSE and A-Level certificates, how is this allowed?
Hasn't anyone been caught?

Omg i heard about those! It's really bad! I mean, if you want good results, you have to work for them. I'm pretty sure they do get caught, though I'm not sure..
