What leads to the gems going up? Is it directly correlated to post count or Is it just reps, or is it these badge thingies?

The gems increase according to the rep you receive - I'm pretty sure the rep count for each gem doubles each time, but don't quote me on that :tongue:

It's not all that significant really - Only if you want weird flexing rights. :colone:
