It depends according to the syllabus you are doing and the question.
Mostly for evaluation you have to bring out all the plus sides and minuses. Discuss about the validity, reliability, ethics, applicability and generalisability. Include at least 3 research evidences. This is a general idea to get full marks once again depends on the question.

When it comes to structure you can begin with a general (small) intro, advantages and disadvantages as your body and a conclusion.

Go through the marks schemes, specification and other materials to understand what is expected so you can get a better idea on the structure
Thanks

For AQA.

16 marker:
First paragraph- outline (AO1)
Four paragraphs- evaluate (AO3) Remember eval can also include discussion points and you don't need an even amount of strengths and weakness

12 marker:
First paragraph- outline (AO1)
Three paragraphs- evaluate (AO3)

If you get given a stem make sure to interact with it

When structuring your evaluation paragraphs- follow the PEEL structure
1) Point- One strength of... One limitation...
2) Evidence- research etc
3) Explanation- why is this a strength or limitation
4) Link back to the question- Therefore, This shows, As a result

In between your evaluation backgrounds make sure to use sentence starters like 'On the other hand, a strength of the ... lies in its"

Hope this helps
