No other colleges?
No lesser level 3 qualifications like the diploma or 90 credit diploma?

You have to check entry requirements. If your grades are good enough then I think you will be fine.

Answer
So its a mixed message. Top unis may ask for a relevant subjects, lower unis just want the grades. I suggest you look at 5-10 of likely targets and see where you stand. You will then have the choice of just going for the ones that arent subject specific or seeing if you can alter your btecs to a mix of IT and business. If you get the grades you can still do business or business with foundation, just depends where.

Why is it full, then? Arent there other colleges? Why so slow to get a place?

If you did say an extended certificate or a diploma in business plus an extended cert in IT that would be ok.

It was mainly a first come first serve basis which to be honest I should of acted upon quickly but personal life got in the way

Last year I did business studies extended certificate level 2 got a D
This year im doing level 3 ict extend diploma hoping to get DDD
I have minimum 5 GCSEs
So hopefully I should be able to do a business degree or anything in that field

As I have shown you some unis will consider you and others will not. You will increase the chance if you do a foundation year. You could ask to see if you could do AS business and check if that would change any of the minds of your target unis.
