You know how long one revolution takes.
Using trig you can get the radius and hence the circumference.
So speed = distance / time

Mate i dont know how to work out the radius. I know how to work out the angular velocity. Could you help me on that part?

You know the 5m height and the 28.5 angle. It's simple trig on a right angled triangle?
