Best Essex Accommodation?

Got into Essex as insurance and want to know which accom is the best in terms of sociability. From what I’ve read every1 seems to be saying towers is the best social one but everyone also says how filthy it is.

Recommendations?
First of all congratulations!
There are new cleaning rules, so I'd expect all accommodations will be cleaner compared to last year. All accommodations are in campus and one next to each other. Definitely the towers have a very unique social environment and most people I know loved the experience. If you go for towers, the South ones have been refurbished last year  Otherwise, I'd probably go for the Copse or Meadows, which are pretty much the same thing, but the Copse are basically brand new (opened last year).

yes, i was in south courts. the social life in my flat wasnt great, but it really depends on who your flatmates/housemates are. if you're lucky you'll get people who want to have a good time socialising, but not everyone is up for it. if you want a guaranteed social life then choose the towers - it's grim - people put beer cans in sinks, pans everywhere, mouldy rooms - but it's the place where most students go for pre drinking even if they don't live there

May I ask the *Questions* below:

1. Any detergent for dishwashing provided by the hall? Any things will be provided too?
2. Any table lamp in the room is provided?

Thanks 😊

Has anyone/ Does anyone currently live in a Premium room in the houses? If so could you PLEASE tell me if these rooms are refurbished, or are just old rooms with a double bed? I cant find this info anywhere or any photos of the rooms. Thank you!

My brother or sister, if thinking of saying outside of the campus stay away from forest road house student accommodation.
Forest road house is one of the cheapest student accommodation but come with a price.

Alternatively, if you have money then stay at Host student accommodation, its very very sociable, very good security and friendly staff
