Applying for Primary Education 2021.
I am applying for Primary Education (3-7) with QTS at Sheffield Hallam University, Primary Education (5-11) with QTS at Sheffield Hallam University and Primary Education (Accelerated Degree) at Leeds Beckett University.

I am a slightly older applicant (24) applying for Primary Education 2021!

I've applied for: Primary Teacher Education at Oxford Brookes, Primary Teaching (Accelerated 2 year) at University of Greenwich, Primary and Early Years Studies at Sussex and Primary Education (5-11) with QTS at Liverpool Hope

I am slightly older too (21), glad to see I'm not the only one.

I am pleased to hear you are interested in applying to one of our teaching and education courses! Where are you from?

You can find out more about the course at our next virtual open day on Saturday 31st October where you can watch your course talk, speak to academics from the course, get some helpful advice from our application advisers and chat to current students and other university services such as accommodation. You can register your interest here. In the mean time you can chat to our current students on chat platform to get a feel for student life at Sheffield Hallam, they'll be able to answer any questions you have about the city or the university.

You're welcome, yes I would definitely take up the opportunity to get to know Hallam!

You can find general tips from our admissions team about writing your personal statement in this video. On the open day you will be able to chat directly to our applications team who may be able to give you advice on writing a personal statement for our teaching and education courses specifically and answer any other questions about your application.

You can also post in our official applicant thread or create your own thread in the uni applications forum looking for personal statement tips for teaching and education courses and hopefully some students will come forward to offer their advice.
