A level classical civilisation

I’m currently studying classical civilisation a level (ocr), I want to start making flash cards as revision resources but I’m not sure how to structure them to best help me when it comes to exams.
For the politics of the late republic topic, should I include quotes from Cicero etc and do I need to know each chapter for in verrem 1 etc
For the illiad should I do quotes for themes or characters or both, should these be for each chapter or overall?
Let me know how others have structured them
For the Iliad at least (sorry, I didn't take PotLR), I'd definitely do both quotes for characters and themes.
Try to spread these out over the epic as especially with characters, it can show their development/any changes they've gone through. You should probably know which book the quotes you pick come from within the epic, but learning quotes from the whole text generally is no doubt a better idea as you'll be asked to compare passages with the rest of the epic.
