Can my school see my search history

Can my school see my search history when I searched it up at home with my personal device and on my WIFI??

No! Unless it was a school device, or school account or the schools WIFI the school can see. If it has no relation to the school, they cannot see anything!

And my web activity was paused!

Anything done on the account can be viewed.

For example, a few boys in my friends school used the school email to call, text and do things. Th head teacher found out because everything said on them calls, texts even if they deleted it. They all had everything of their own but they were using the school account!
