Your local gym or or perhaps hosting after-school sports clubs?

You'd need to do an undergraduate degree in Psychology, then an MSc in Sports Psychology, then the BPS Professional Qualification in Sports Psychology. For experience I'd say any kind of sports teams or clubs, even if you just go to help out the instructors or observe. You can also help friends and family once you start getting qualified and they can act as references regarding your work.
