What's your favourite cake /baked good?

Carrot cake or Fudge cake.
Chocolate fudge cake and coffee cake like Smka said
fruit cake at Christmas time.
Any chocolate cake has my vote. Also:
- Caramel or coffee cakes
- Brownies
- Soufflés
- Choc puddings
- Mud cakes
- Gooey centred cakes
- Fudge cake
Choco guinness cake. :daydreaming:

You can never go wrong with carrot cake, especially with some custard all over it. How comes you didn't enjoy it today?

I added a lot of cinnamon but didn't get that warm flavour. I made some buttercream to put on top. I never heard of putting carrot cake with custard. I hope that soy version of custard is decent.

All kinds of chocolate cakes, Black Forest Cake, Cheese cake and mole cake with banana pieces and straciatella creme. They are my top 4.

Also Eccles cakes.

Red velvet (with actual cream cheese frosting).
Daim cakes are absolutely brilliant, if you haven't tried them yet then you definitely should aha!

Never had eccles cakes before. Never had an apple turnover either :colondollar: What other puff pastry goods do you like? Need ideas for my next bake if I can find a vegan recipe that doesn't require too much ingredients.

Maybe try cream cheese frosting? That’s yum.

In terms of baked goods, I looove sticky toffee pudding and treacle tart
