How do you write sodium phosphate, aluminium phosphate, lithium phosphate and iron phosphate?

iron(II) phosphate is Fe3(PO4)2
iron(III) phosphate is FePO4

Shouldn't iron (II) be Fe2(PO4)2 and not Fe3(PO4)2?

Na3PO4, not Na3(PO4)2

AlPO4 not Al(PO4)2

Li3PO4 not Li3(PO4)2

Iron(II) phosphate
Iron has +2 charge
Phosphate has -3 charge

so you need 3 Fe2+ and 2 (PO4)3-
