Morning smoothie

Please share your smoothie mix, i'll try it :smile:)
My go-to breakfast smoothie is very tasty but perhaps boring to some -

banana, milk, vanilla protein powder, manuka honey

If i have exotic fruits such as mango, passionfruit, avocado etc., then I will happily add one of those.
Mine is

1 large bannana
300ml of almond milk
60g of kefir yogurt

Keeps me full till lunch time and the kefir has really helped my IBS.
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 froen ripe banana
½ cup chopped mango, frozen
1-2 large handfuls of baby spinach
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp hemp hearts
optional: ½ scoop vanilla protein powder + ¼ cup water (but I put it in for that early protein boost)

Good idea! I think about to try a smoothie for the very first time and need inspirations and suggestions here. :biggrin: I am with you!
