Um, no? The way someone dresses is not a good indicator of wanting 'male attention'.
Alternative explanations: she simply prefers the way she looks without her shirt hanging out, shirt hanging out isn't seen as professional, she literally doesn't care about it but tucks it in out of habit... :biggrin:

It's not unheard of for a girl to dress in order to attract male attention. But the example you gave is a huge stretch lol. Even with an 'extreme' example, it would be hard to say that it is to attract men, as it could also be a source of power for some women. Girls want to feel good about the way they present themselves, but that doesn't mean it's to attract men. Just simple fashion and staying stylish. Tough to call.
