5- Calculate moles of acid
Find moles of sodium carbonate by dividing by 2 and then multiplying by 10 to find the amount in the 250cm3 solution
Find the Molar mass of the hydrated sodium carbonate by dividing the mass by the number of moles
And then subtract the molar mass you found from the molar mass of Na2CO3 and divide by the molar mass of water to find the number of water molecules

6-calculate moles of NaOH
Since they are in a 1:1 ratio, number of moles of vinegar is gonna be the same
Divide the number of moles of vinegar by the volume(0.0139) to find its concentration in the 250cm3 solution and then multiply by 10 to find its molarity(concentration) in the original solution(this is because volume and concentration are inversly proportional so if the volume is reduced by a factor of 10(250 to 25) the concentration increases by a factor of 10 hence why you multiply it by 10)
