Should I feel uncomfortable?

A coworker (and my office crush that I'm friends with) went to the loo at the same time as my other male friend. The latter came out and asked me if I'd just received texts from the former and I had. He told me the former was on his phone (texting me) while peeing.

I didn't know what to think of this - is that weird? Am I weird to think it's weird or is it pretty normal? Bear in mind this was at the office...

Not while peeing, it's just difficult to multitask there.
It's not that weird if some other guy saw though, it's safe to assume they were in urinals and not cubicles.

Do you think the fact that he texted me while peeing says something about how he sees me? You mentioned it's difficult to multitask so maybe he didn't feel I'm an important person to respond to hence the lazy multitasking?
