2021 student finance - EU student living in England, studying in Scotland

Hello,

I am an EU national having pre-settled status (have been living in England for about one year) and would like to study master course in Scotland in 2021/2022. The university (St Andrews) already confirmed my home fee status. But, will I get a tuition fee loan from SAAS (I assume I cannot access the living costs loan) or can I apply for English loan (which basically covers much higher amount)?

I mean, so far EU students in Scotland could apply for a tuition fee loan from SAAS, but now I guess I have access to student finance because I am living in England, not because I am an EU national. What do you think?
