A level Psychology helppp please

Can someone help me with this work, please? I am struggling so bad.

- Presence of non-conforming role :
- Task is very difficult: increases conformity
- Participants are very confident : decreases conformity
- Female participants instead of males : increases conformity
- Answers are given in private: decreases conformity
- Carried out at the present time (not 1950s): decreases conformity
- Carried out in a collectivist culture : increases conformity

Why might it have had this effect?

If Ps are more confident they’d be less likely to conform, however if the confederates/stooges were more confident and went first, conformity would increase.
I think females conformed more due to society at the time. Women were treated differently when the experiment took place and there were different social norms.
Private answers DECREASED conformity, I think you’ve made a mistake.
Collectivist cultures increased conformity in comparison to individualist cultures.

No problem. I answered then saw someone else had told you lol, but glad you got the right answer in the end. Did you understand why it was wrong? With psych understanding is everything and I know a question on conformity came up last year so I’d make sure to consolidate this topic!
