I had mine two years ago so it could have changed..
You'll fill out some forms such as your references etc, watch videos, have a tour of the whole store, do some ice breakers with others and then for the last part of the induction (usually the last 2 or so hours) you'll be put on your department and shown around by someone you'll be working with

UPDATE: Just filled out a lot of paperwork and had a store tour. Also watched many short movies regarding the store expectations.
