Asking for relationship advise

I am 18 years old male and I am in 2nd year of sixth form. I was wondering if should start dating in school or university? and also what is your biggest advice when talking to a girl?

Dont date for the sake of dating. If you dont like anyone then fo go for anyone, but if you like someone and have the confidence then go for it. I dont see why you would feel the need to hold back on asking someone out unless you're currently going through something that doesnt leave you with any time for someone else.
