entry requirements

okay so i’m in a bit of a sticky situation in terms of my grades...
the university of manchester was originally my top choice and i wanted to study speech and language therapy but i just found out that they wanted me to get a grade 6 in science. i did combined science and achieved a 5 and a 4 which are pretty bad tbh :frown:

idk if i should just give up on applying or just apply anyway and see if i’m lucky. has anyone gotten into uni despite not meeting the gcse entry requirements?

Ring admissions and ask.
I expect you will be rejected but you wont have wasued a choice.
Ask if they will accpet you resitting the exams and making it conditional?
