Depends on the university, I’m no expert but I’ve seen that economics uni’s love maths and further maths.

No, but a lot of universities required/prefer Maths for Economics (and it you change your mind about what you're going to do it's probably the single most useful A level to have). That said, don't do it if you really don't like it. It's worth noting that some universities dislike students taking both Business and Economics at A level as they are too similar.
