Hi all,
I was starting on q2 of unit 7. I am so confused as to what the question is asking
Do I have to write an essay of each scenario?
Someone please help..... the struggle is real!

I have read the question but it doesn’t make any sense to me personally. this is the question

Produce a short essay analysing the dietary scenarios provided in the Assessor’s Guidance below.

Within your analysis you need to discuss the consequences of not achieving a balanced diet and provide recommendations on how the diets could be improved.

The essay needs to be an analysis of the three case scenarios given as opposed to a generalization of nutritional needs across the various ages. It needs to answer these three questions
Analyze the consequences of an imbalanced diet and provide a resolution to this across all the ages.
What is the ideal dietary requirement across the various ages and why?
Since you can only do 800 words a structure similar to this would work better in answering all parts of the question

]Introduction - 100 words.
Generally, relate nutrition and age – why does it change?
Paragraph 1 200 word
Michael (An adult)
What is an adult’s nutritional requirement?
What is Michael’s situation?
What should he change and why?

Paragraph 2 200 words
Stephanie (A lady/ expectant)
What is the ideal nutrition for a lady/expectant mother and why?
What is Stephanie’s unique situation and what should she change?

Paragraph 3 200 words
Imran an adolescent/the young ones.
What is the ideal nutrition here and why?
What is Imran’s unique situation and what is the resolution?

Paragraph 4 100 words
Conclusion
Recap what the ideal nutrition for key ages means.
