Scrambled, fried, omelette, soft boiled. All are so good with some sausage, bread, maybe bacon, etc. One of my favourite foods.

Scrambled

Scrambled is the best manifestation of egg, followed by poached.
Haven't ever tried eggs benedict which I really should fix. Maybe I'll go to a Patisserie Valerie when they open again.
