It’s McDonald obviously it’s not healthy but it does have healthier choices in its menu
And as long as you’re not eating it everyday I don’t see why there would be a problem🤷*♀️

It's OK to buy, yes. Everything in moderation.

However, no matter how McDonald's tries to spin it, it is not a healthy option.

Enjoy it- you are over thinking it.
A one off isn't going to kill you enjoy the damn burger

Sir, this is Wendy's

Anyways... it's fast food, it's not healthy if you eat too much.

In that case....no McDonalds put a lot of salt in their food
they did a test where,

they left a bun from Mcdonalds and a normal bun (bought from a store)

the Mcdonald's bun was left intact whereas the normal bun rotted away. even microorganisms are afraid to approach it.

Unless you're 600lbs with cholesterol through the roof a simple MacDonalds should not be a big worry, just keep it moderated and treat yourself every now and then.

ok

my diet is ok

this is first time I'm eating Mcdonalds in a while

i hope the meal is not too unhealthy but i only warned about sodium

is it good for me or not
see i rarely eat fast food, the last time i got mcdonalds was in october so when i do eat it, i don't think much bc i know that i'll burn it off. as long as it is a one off and you don't eat it too often you'll be fine

to remove the fish o fillet burger and just eat the rest?

a filet o fish is about 430mg of sodium that's not that much compared to the recommended maximum.

It's not just McDonald's, it's pretty much every fast food out there.

A single meal of fast food can rocket your blood pressure regardless of the food
