Quick question. Can you find out Gibbs free energy without the temperature?

You must mean Gibbs Free energy CHANGE. i.e delta G (not G)

In A-level questions you usually have to use the following formula: DG=DH-TDS (sorry D's instead of delta's) where T is the temp in Kelvins....so no you can't work out DG if you don't know T
