Is this a non-calculator Q?

What have you got so far?
For the first question remember that the two lines pointing north must be parallel
For the second you should start estimating questions by rounding the numbers to ones that will be easier to deal with
First one, I think you can use some sort of 180 degree rule because of the parallel lines. That should help you get the rest. Second one go to the closest appropriate whole number, but maybe not for the bottom number. I'm not sure how else to help :biggrin:

Just as a piece of general advice, it would be helpful to use the title to indicate what area of maths you're stuck on.

If you call a thread "bearings help" then someone who is confident with bearings or is interested in this topic can jump in and help you out. Someone who doesn't know the topic can ignore your thread and help out elsewhere.

If people call all their threads "maths help" or "urgent help needed" etc then it makes it hard work for us volunteers to work out which threads we can make a useful contribution in :smile:
