Poll: How many times a day do you brush your teeth?

For me it’s always three: as soon as I wake up, after dinner, before bed

Always try to rinse my mouth with water after having a meal or a fizzy drink as well.

Yep. Not breakfast if I’m cleaning my teeth but after lunch and dinner. I don’t often snack but if I do yes. I use any of the sugar free ones which say they’re dental approved. Usually extra or supermarket alternatives. :smile:

twice usually. I HAVE to brush when I wake up or I will feel sick. I have to before bed or I won't be able to sleep cos I'm uncomfortable.

Whats the issue with that?
Meh, once, or as required if i'm eating/drinking something claggy or smelly.

I've putting my eggs in the 'Future Cyberteeth' basket.
