Please Help

So i have been given a 30 marker for A level politics as homework. I havent really been paying attention in class (online learning via a powerpoint is so bad) and now i have been given the question:

"Evaluate the extent to which institutions of global economics governance have been ineffective in solving contemporary global issues. "

I just need some points basically.
I feel really dumb i know i should know.

1 point, it has not helped eliminate poverty in 3rd world countries. 2nd point, it has not helped address climate change. Btw, despite not paying attention, the paper is very easy. But u have to think 😁
