always buy a much smaller size when buying stuff you haven't tried before to avoid this.

you were faced here with having to consume something you didn't like for months and months to get your moneys worth, or throw it away and waste money.

Before Myprotein, I only used ON which was good. So I thought I was safe with going for Smooth Chocolate I thought it will be just same. But you are right, I’ve learned that of my experience.

Whey isolate isn’t going to work, he MUST go with a protein that contains some carbohydrates ( not sugar based ).

Also, I’ve tried Myprotein smooth chocolate and it was a nightmare, the worst taste I’ve ever had, couldn’t believe I finished it

Looks like you are funny but not able to guide on fitness things. Posting the type of protein he should use without knowing his weight and height, workout intensity, target, nutrition information etc.. if you can tell without knowing that, it proves that you know nothing about this sport.

I’ve suggested some types but still couldn’t confirm which one he should use without having some information.

This is genuinely some of the worst stuff I’ve seen on here. Why MUST he go with a protein with carbs? Why do you need to know someone’s height???? 😂😂😂 does a 6’0 person need a different protein brand to a 5’11 person?????

Why should he buy protein with cheap filler carbs for extortionate prices when he could get more protein for his £ if he bought a powder with a higher protein content and got his carbs from a different carb source? It’s cheaper, more nutritious and tastes better. The ONLY justifiable reason to use carb/protein/mass gainer shakes is if you have such a high caloric demand that you struggle to get enough in with whole foods. I’m never normally personal in my responses, but your “knowledge” is moronic.

You are being too smart way I can’t imagine. His height isn’t to determine his protein shakes. It is needed to compare to his weight so we can deicde his body type if you even heard about that because it looks advanced to you.

Skinny guys ( which I was ) normally suffer of the high calorie demand which keeps us skinny. And it is difficult for us to increase the amount we eat to the level of *building muscles*. Having said that, a protein that contains carbohydrates makes it easier to put on more weight. Why do you guys always consider cheap carb sources? I didn’t mention anything about the budget. If you are ready to pay, there are plenty of proteins that contains high quality carbs.

1. If you asked his height to determine his weight then why did you also ask for his weight as well?
2. Why would knowing someone’s height tell you their weight?
3. You’re skinny because you don’t eat enough, not because you have some bull**** debunked somatotype holding you back
4. By your own admission it’s way more expensive to buy a powder with carbs in, so why would you do it?

WHAT IS BODY TYPE?

Body type, or somatotype, refers to the idea that there are three generalized body compositions that people are predetermined to have. The concept was theorized by Dr. W.H. Sheldon back in the early 1940s, naming the three somatotypes endomorph, mesomorph, and ectomorph.

Reasons why you may not be able to gain weight ( while you eat more than you need ):
Hyperthyroidism, Type 1 diabetes,
Inflammatory bowel disease.

Memorise your ****ing slides again before getting degrees out of rubbish
