Hi there, this means your university have not updated the course database. Please speak with your university and ask them to update the database before you apply.
Thanks, Isaac
Hi, I wanted to quickly ask a few questions I’m applying for my Second year and I think I made the wrong end date. It should be June 2022 but I wrote July 2022 and my course title isn’t coming up on there. I’m studying an FdA Scenic Art and Prop Making at Mountview Academy. Applications make me nervous so I try to do them as early as possible because I have dyslexia. Could you please tell me what I can do correct these two things? Thank you!

Hi there, if your course isn't appearing then it means the university have not updated the database.

Please ask them to update the database and then go back to your application and you will be able to select your course and enter the correct information.
Thanks, Isaac

When I try to apply, it comes up as: There are currently no undergraduate applications available. I'm a continuing student for BSc degree. Last time I received tuition fee loan but I am unable to apply for this academic year. Why might that be?

Hi, have you had previous postgraduate funding or were you previously an EU applicant? Are you trying to apply as part time or full time?

Thanks, Isaac
Hi I have just had my finance for next year approved. However, my maintenance grant is £230 lower than my previous 3 years(I am doing a 4 year course). How do I ask them to check what I am getting? My circumstances haven’t changed. I’m a mature, single person with no children, so it is probably one of the easiest to work out. Is everyone’s lower this year, if so why?

Hi, great to hear you have been approved already.

Students in the final year of their course are awarded less funding as we only fund up until the end of term instead of the whole academic year.
Thanks, Isaac
I have a postgraduate loan for an MSc and also used SFE for my BSc. Will I be able to apply for SFE for graduate entry medicine? When I try to apply it says I already have existing applications for all available years but my MSc finishes this academic year? I've seen on previous threads that those holding postgraduate loans are still able to apply for funding for graduate entry medicine so how can I apply? Thanks

Hi Rhiannon, you can apply but not online.

Please complete the PN1 paper form and send this in the post http://ow.ly/d/8pbk

The funding you can receive:

Tuition Fees
Year 1 The student will have to self fund the first £3,465, however a tuition fee loan will be available for the remainder of up to £5,785.

Years 2-4 - The first £3,715 will be paid by the Department of Health and a tuition fee loan will be available for the remainder of up to £5,535.

Maintenance Funding
Year 1 The student can apply for a Full Means Tested Maintenance Loan and Supplementary Grants, They are not eligible for a Maintenance Grant.

Years 2-4 The student can apply for the Income Assessed NHS Bursary and Supplementary Grants from the NHS. They can only apply to SFE for a Reduced Rate Maintenance Loan.

Thanks, Isaac

I have a slight issue. In My Finances tab section i cannot see anymore when the payments are due saying i have no previous payments. This happened after i made my new application for SFE for next year. Any idea why this is happening
Hi, I am applying to study Dietetics as a second degree and was wondering if I am eligible for the maintenance loan from SFE? I already have a BA Hons, for which I received both tuition loan and maintenance loan. If I am eligible for the maintenance, am I right in thinking that I would also be able to receive the NHS bursary for Allied Health Professionals? Thank you.

Hello, will I get student finance loans for years 0-3 / 0-4 (depending if I do BEng or MEng) for course H112 at University of Manchester Thanks
I received my student finance allocation last month, but have just received another letter from student finance and my maintenance loan amount has been changed. What reasons would cause them to change it? Thanks!
