straight answer: no.

a deeper dive: the UK law states that a person over the age of 16 can have sex with their parent's permission
at age 18, they do not need their parent's permission to have sex. (they can also buy alcohol legally and cigarettes).

Where are you getting the parental permission bit from? I've never come across that before for UK law.
