Why do people dislike the left?

First of all, who are the left?/What makes someone a leftist?

Are all leftists, liberals? Is there a difference?

I think it’s more the extremes of either ends that people dislike I.e. far right and far left.

What constitutes a leftist is a good question. I’ve seen it be associated with the term SJW but I’m not sure if that’s a correct definition/ example of a leftist or if the two terms have simply been lumped together through common dislike.
My understanding of the terms stem from communist/capitalist political history and ideas of what the state does/should do for its people.

I’m not an expert on this whatsoever, but those are my thoughts.
Generally because of ideological hostility, very negative personal experience of such activism, feelings of extreme fear or horror at the practical history of the agenda in power.

'The left' is generally used to refer to: marxists, communists, sjw's, socialists, tankies, trots, trade unionists and anarcho-revolutionaries with a class war agenda.
No, they are not the same thing. Liberals are generally centre-right in their economic beliefs and left wing only in their cultural views. Despite what liberals often claim they are not actually left wing economically, and its why genuine lefties often mock liberal's beliefs and mock them for claiming to be left wing.

Right wingers see someone like Joe Biden and butterfly anime go: "Is this left wing destroyed?" Words don't seem to mean anything to Conservatives.

So liberals favour the free-market a little more than leftists?
I don't dislike the left but I find a huge amount of them insufferable (yes, probably more than people on the right if I'm to be honest) which would prevent me from identifying with them.

one of my major gripes is that the ideology shared by some is horrifically inconsistent and full of double standards that are ignored "just cos". The people I'm talking about are some of the most angry and judgemental I've ever met, something I wouldn't expect from an ideology that is supposed to promote tolerance, equality, peace, all that good stuff.
This is a huge misconception a lot of Conservatives have. Why are universities so commercialised in the first place? Why is the world so ****ed up? Why are countries going to war over falsified information? Why are billionaires doing whatever they want? Why are our governments so useless? These are questions we ask ourselves but when we do, we get told to shut up and just accept it.

Can you give me an example of ideas and belief that are inconsistent and contain double standards?
(Lol this sounds rude but I just want to have some sort of evaluation for the leftists)

Leftists tend to be people on so called far left which in actuality are generally left wing. SJWs is a buzzword for literally anything about social justice but typically, it’s about liberals (who are centre left) who try to understand social justice without the proper knowledge.

Maybe don't identify with those leftists necessarily and instead focus on the utility of allying with them against people like Starmer trying to disown us which will put a former worker's union party into perpetual decline. Not all leftists are preachers, but it's also not hard to see why some are. Tories have gotten away with systemic murder failing to lockdown early and engaging in non-stop corruption whether it be private contracts or worse outsourcing PPE that doesn't even work. All whilst they cut those who they: 'clapped for' wages in real time. People sacrificing their lives thanks to how hyper normalised this level of cronyism and frankly oligarchy the UK is becoming. Make no mistake though. There is a war of Class and as Warren Buffet stated himself it's his side that's winning right now. When I look at the country I was born into today I don't see a democracy I see a society that's about to come apart at the seams.

First, are we talking liberals or actual leftists? A good way to differentiate between the two is their language. If they talk about class then they’re leftist, if it’s a not, probably liberal.

I'm not a conservative. I probably wouldn't vote seriously but if you twisted my arm and forced me to I'd probably vote libdems. I'm generally unwilling to vote for parties I don't align with so wouldn't vote labour.

What else would you call tax havens, government interference with financial insinuations to attempt to cover up illegal contracts that have been forged via public tax payer money during a deadly pandemic? This is despotic stuff this is cause you want to know the other countries that were acting this way? India, Russia, America (When it was under The GOP and Donald Trump) and Brazil. Coincidence? I think not. All these regimes tried to and are still self-enriching themselves during a crisis instead of doing whatever they can to protect their citizens they're sacrificing them on the holy sacred alter of Capitalism and the stock market.
Right wing people are just full of hatred and have backwards thinking. They seem to have a hatred for races and nationalities that aren’t the same of them. They can’t accept that this is the new world now where whites can live peacefully with other races, and gays/trans is okay. They’re jealous really 💅

Oh I don't mean to say you're Conservative. I'm just more pointing that this mindset can make people susceptible to right wing propaganda. I've talked to people on various political Discords where they've experienced this. Although I'd say that the Liberal Democrats are soft Tories whereas the new crop of Tories are Paleoconservative. Probably not all, but they're clearly trying to copy out of Trump's play-book. I don't see the point of the Liberal Democrats under FPTP their goose will always be cooked and they've done a lot to mutually screw over students helping Tories put tuition fees on higher educational institutions. Of course though if they're the most likely to win in your area via way of polls then that's understandable. Also you'll find a lot of lefties don't like how Keir Starmer is managing Labour. He's fractured the base.
