lovell park accommodation leeds

Hey! I'm actually living in the Lovell Park accom right now (I assume the Primo Property one?). So ask away if there's anything you guys want to know!

I honestly absolutely love living here, its my 2nd year here! Management is overall really nice, espc during the pandemic I had to leave to go back home (im a intl student) and they were very understanding and helpful! Since I was staying in the same room, I was allowed to leave all my things behind (including stuff in the kitchen!), and this was so helpful considering the fact that I had to pack up and leave within a couple of days. Prices are reasonable especially for its location (5 mins to Morrisons, around 15/20 mins to Uni). I think we have around 2/3 flats that are ensuite, the rest are studios. I'm sharing a kitchen in a flat of 6 and the kitchen is HUGE. Not much loud partying at most times since most students are in the studios, and the general area is pretty quite too. Its pretty much located in a residential area, so its pretty safe, I've never felt unsafe even when it is already late at night. My flatmates for the past 2 years have all been great, but then again it depends if you're lucky/not. Walls are thick unlike commonly purpose-built accoms, so you won't hear too much from your roommates. Each room has their own mini TV and Wifi so thats nice to have. Haven't had many notable issues so far, and my flatmates seem to be doing alright too.

Some things to note:
1. We only have 1 washer and dryer for the entire property (around 60 residents maybe?). Usually not a problem for me, most times I get to do the laundry right away. A lot of people were concerned bcs of this before they moved in (I was too) but now its not much of a problem really

2. We don't have on-site security or receptionist, so if theres delivery sometimes you might need to be in. Some other times, other residents will open the door for the couriers and they will leave your parcel inside a parcel box.

Overall, I definitely recommend living here, the prices are reasonable for its location (other properties around here are usually 150++pw) and the surrounding area is safe and not too loud.

You keep mentioning it's quite, so is it a dead and unsociable accommodation full of third and second years that never go out/have parties/socialise or is there at least a few "fun" people there?

Hello! I came across the Lovell Park accomodation and have been interested in their studio. But I haven't been able to get a viewing of the place. I couldn't really find much info about it online as well. Could you please give an insight about how the studios are and what all are we provided with at the accommodation, and also about the gym facilities? Could you also please let me know what all stores are around for groceries ? It would be really helpful.
