In my opinion, the four you have listed are the four easiest topics. Possibly memory and attachment are the easiest out of the four.

It’s all subjective. I find that if you like a topic you will obviously remember it easily. Personally, the easiest for me is Social Influence/Attachment and the hardest is Memory/Psychopathology.
