I don't know anything in alevel chemistry and I have an exam in 12 days!!

AQA just on AS, I only found out like a week ago
I sense you're in a similar situation to me when I did my A-levels. Firstly, you likely know more than you think. But put that aside for now. Find a source of videos that goes through relevant content and try to understand it. My personal recommendations (may be old, I did this 4 years ago! They do post still though) are E.Rintoul and Allery Chemistry on youtube. Excellent and nice explanations for the knowledge and past paper questions

Can I use the old spec past papers aswell or just the new spec from 2016 onwards

I would recommend using the new specification because of the specific mark schemes, but you can use the old specification for revision as the Chemistry is still the same.

Ah okay, I’d suggest you make a plan with all the content you need to go through. Read your notes/textbook once and then do lots of past paper questions. Good luck!
