I say you can make a new snap chat account and do a fake convo with yourself pretending your him and then write wht he said to you and u write wht u said to him

most people just try and scare people to get what they want, but if I was you I would still talk to someone you trust
also to get on the 'dark web' you need toro or something like that. I wouldn't even recommend going on there considering people can track down your exact location etc if you don't use a vpn
it will be hard to find him or take legal action if you don't have proof of your conversation with him. it could likely be an empty threat though and since he lives in another country the worst thing that could happen is he sends it to his friends or on a website so likely noone you know will see. i know you dont want to talk to your parents, but you can talk to a childline councellor and they can help tell you what you can do or just listen if you want to talk about it.

It would be best to block and move on. If they try to communicate with someone you know, they will be admitting possession of child porn. If they post them on the dark web, it is very unlikely that anyone you know will ever see them anyway. If they do, they can't tell anyone else because they would be admitting to viewing child porn.
