Diet or not teen

Hi I’m 13
I a, 5 foot 3 or 160cm
I am 55kg.
I want to be 48kg. Am I healthy? How can I achieve this?

then don't worry too much about it.
Just workout a little more often I guess
48 is too close to underweight imo. Just eat at maintainance and start resistance training if you wanna look leaner.

At 13, you are still developing, still growing.

Focus on eating good, nourishing food and joining in any sports activities available to you at school. That's all you need to do. That's the healthy way forward.

they are both healthy weights to be at your age and height, don't focus too much on weight rn, just exercise/stay active and eat healthily!

Exactly what I needed when I was 13.
You are healthy for your age. Just eat good food and enjoy your teen years. Participate in clubs too if your interested in fitness
