River island induction, have I got the job?

Hi I applied for River island since shops are opening up again I attended a interview via teams today and I got told to attend an induction on saturday and to being photo copy of my passport does this mean I have got the job or is it still interview stage

If it's an induction, that suggests that you have been successful at interview, I would have thought.

Sounds like you’re in. Passport is to prove right to work in UK

They asked me questions like when did I last work on a team when did I help someone when did I complete things to the end

It went quite well, she was really nice.she said she’ll give me a call or email. So I’m not sure if I got the job or not
