How to know if you’ve caught feelings

How do I know if I’ve caught feelings for this guy? We’ve been fwb for like 3 months now, hung out a lot during Easter though we barely text because we both aren’t great at replying and are pretty busy atm. I feel like I have no reason to have caught feelings because it’s not like we’ve spent hours and hours talking but he just makes me feel energised by his presence and he’s just super chill. How do I know if I’ve caught feelings for him?
