AS OCR A biology - is this resource enough?

this link is one i found which summarised all of module 2 into a set of 54 flashcards.

I just wanted to ask if someone could check the content out and tell me if the information was enough? for my end of year exams, if i used those flashcards, and then did questions, will it be sufficient for an A*?
You can’t get A* at AS level.

i meant for my end of year exams - it doesnt count towards A-levels but the grades are really important for UCAS.

Haven’t really checked the cards (as I have no account) but if you have condensed each concept into the cards then it should be enough.
