What are you stuck with? The first part requires you to find when the velocity is in parallel to the given vector. Its a 2D suvat question as its constant acceleration.

Sorry, no. Happy to give you feedback on what you try. As per the previous post, its a 2D suvat question. You must have some examples in your textbook to get you started.
the acceleration vector will be

(the change in the velocity vector) / time
