It really depends on the role and the organisation. Expect it to be related to the job role - so you might need to be able to convert between g mg and mcg or ml and l. You might need to be able to work out time, so if someone needs medication doses 2 hours apart you can work out when the second dose is due. Or you might need to be able to read graphs. But I wouldn't expect you to need trigonometry as that's not as relevant.
