It depends for each university and just to make sure just email them asking, but most likely they will accept them

yeah just go to the university website find their contact email and write to them, tell them what you want to study there and what your grades are and they will usually help you

you can put your A level grades as "pending" when you apply. but they'll want them when your results are out. without which they won't accept you
