tips on how to disguise you've been crying?

Have you been crying?
Just get away from people and smile aggressively(make every part of face, including your eyes, smile), even if you don't feel like it. Apparently it makes you feel better if if you feel like sh*t., which in turn makes you look better, or at least as if you weren't crying because you were sad. It's worked for me in the past.

i cant get away from parents xD

If anyone asks just say you washed your face,idk about you but my face gets hella red after washing

By getting away, I meant excuse yourself to go to the bathroom or to have a brief moment alone in your bedroom.
