Brighton accommodation

Hi everyone! In September we’re going to be studying at The Brighton Academy on the first year Performing Arts course. We’ve just had someone in our house decide to go elsewhere so we now have a space in our 6 bed house on old shoream road! It has 2 bathrooms and 2 en-suites which are already being rented out. The room that is available is a double room. The house is fully furnished with a great kitchen. We also have a garden with decking and a bike shed. It’s a great location only 20 minutes from each of The brighton academy campuses , 30 minute walk to BIMM, a 10 minute walk to brighton station and a 12 minute walk to brighton town! There’s a bus stop on the road and permit parking in the area. The deposit is £134 which will need to be in ASAP as we have to have an agreement form filled out by Thursday 24th June. The rent for the house is £580 a month each. Everyone in the house is starting in first year PA and we have 4 girls and 1 boy names. Let us know ASAP if you’re interested! Xxx
