The Student Room Group

Information about additional evidence

When I first applied to student finance for my second year, 10th March. My parents didn't send off their financial information until 18th May. Last month, 16th June, I received an entitlement letter for my maintenance loan which was half of what I received last year.

I have seen some stuf online about waiting 3-6 weeks to see if the loan is increased so this post is really just assurnace whether or not it would go up within that time, and in the circumstance it doesnt increase what my next steps would be. My parents financial information hasn't changed so hopefully it does all go up. If in the next 2/3 weeks it doesnt increase would i contact Student Finance asking what's happening or what else would you recommend.

Thank You for anything information.
