When shaving above the penis, after do you get bumpsand spots

I shaved the area above my penis around 3-4 months ago, like the full patch of hair just under my tummy and above my penis, and since then I get random lumps which after a few days pop by themselves and go and sometimes the lumps hard for a few days then goes after it pops and usually leaves a small patch with no hair, is this normal? Sorry if I made it sound gross just confuses rn tbh

Maybe try not to shave and use some other method of hair removal
Ingrown hair.
Put a guard on your shaver next time and don't shave it all the way down to the skin. It sounds like you've irritated the skin. I think this is what they call razor burn.

I just want to know if this is normal and It’s not a sign of cancer or something godforbid
Don't need to shave that deep, just trim so it doesn't um get in the way.

I had a similar issue and it’s embarrassing to talk to your doctor about these things. I just started using a different way of hair removal.
if it makes any difference I’m a girl

Nothing to feel uncomfortable about, go and talk to a specialist. Even if it's a bit uncomfortable in the short-term, you will know how to deal with it in the long-term and you will be bump/spot-free.
