Growing on social media/youtube
Hey, I have a youtube channel where I post studying/revision tips/academia videos. Does anyone who has/has had/knows someone with a channel have any tips on how to grow? Thanks

Hello, I liked your youtube channel. I also have a youtube channel for a blog I have. Have you tried posting videos on facebook or reddit? Reddit is a nightmare when it comes to rules, but they have subreddits which allow you to do this. You could also try the old media. Make yourself interviewed by some local journalist. Youtube also has some form of paid advertisement function, I think? If this is anything like facebook or adwords, it will not be too expensive. Some people laugh at the dolled up female "influencers" (fake tans, makeup, breast implants etc) with nothing sensible to say who appear in almost every media channel. They don't realize that the fact that they are even seeing them, makes these women into marketing geniuses.
