Can UCAS change my application over the phone?

I just called to change something on UCAS application to be amended. Are they able to change it over the phone or is there any form I have to submit?

Depends what the changes are, in most cases, yes.

The page linked above says to use their qualification amendment form for exam centre changes, so I am guessing no, but it is a guess.

So I can't just phone them and ask them to change it on the phone? I'm asking because I think it will be much quicker?

why do you think it'll be quicker?

if you ring then the best they can do is that they'll fill out the form on your behalf (and possibly get something wrong). You could have filled in the form by now.

The people in the call centre don't manage the exam board linkage and qualification matching systems or the database
